1. TesCommEng provides a 3-month limited warranty on laptops, subject to the following terms and conditions:

      i.) The 3-month laptop warranty is valid only upon presentation of the original Tesla Laptops bill or receipt.

      ii.) Warranty claims will be accepted only if the Tesla Laptops warranty sticker is intact and affixed to the laptop.

      iii.) The warranty is valid strictly for three (3) months from the date of purchase. Any claims made after the warranty period has expired will not be entertained.

      iv.) Accessories including laptop bags, cables, chargers/adapters, or any other bundled items are not covered under warranty.

       

    1. All content, products, and services provided by TesCommEng are intended for IT and professional use only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, Tesla Laptops does not guarantee the absolute reliability, compatibility, or suitability of any information, software, or hardware for specific purposes. Customers are advised to verify specifications before purchase. TesCommEng shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or inconvenience arising from misuse or incorrect reliance on provided information or products.

    1. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

      Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

    1. Orders are dispatched within 1–5 working days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

      Standard shipping service is available nationwide.

      Shipping charges:

      Within Karachi: Free standard shipping

      Outside Karachi: PKR 2,000 nationwide

      Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Any additional costs due to incorrect address information will be charged to the customer.

      In case of a damaged or defective laptop, customers must notify TesCommEng within 24 hours of delivery.

      All refurbished and used laptops are thoroughly inspected and tested prior to shipment; however, customers are advised to inspect the product upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.

      Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.

       

    1. At TesCommEng, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within three (3) days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

       

      i.) The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

      ii.) Customers must contact TesCommEng to initiate the refund process.

      iii.) Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

    1. Any screen or display-related issues, including but not limited to:

      Lines, spots, scratches, dimness, cracks, or partial display issues

      Damage caused by:

      Electrical surges or power fluctuations

      Physical damage or mishandling

      Liquid or fluid exposure

      Data loss or corruption due to storage device failure

       

      Such issues are not covered under the warranty.

    1. Battery Performance

      Laptops below 4th Generation: Battery backup guaranteed up to 1 hour on multimedia usage.

      5th and 6th Generation laptops: Battery backup guaranteed up to 1.5 hours on multimedia usage.

      6th Generation and newer laptops: Battery backup guaranteed up to 2 hours on multimedia usage.
